Introduction to Yoga with Elizabeth

Saturday 9th March 10 - 11am

An introduction to Yoga with Elizabeth.  This will be an active, alignment-focused vinyasa class, paired to music which will begin with strength-based postures to elevate your heart rate and strengthen your body.  We will end the class with some restorative yoga and a short meditation.  This class will certainly energise, relax and restore your body and mind.  You can use a class from your block or alternatively pay £33.
