We’re hosting a FREE 1-hour Run Injury Prevention Workshop for runners of all levels who want to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience.

What we’ll cover:
• The key physical demands of running
• Common running injuries (and how to avoid them)
• Strength training, load management & movement efficiency
• Practical strategies to keep you running well

As a Wimbledon-based clinic, we’re passionate about supporting local running clubs and the wider running community 🖤
