This 90-minute deep dive is designed for clients who are confident at the intermediate level and looking to refine their technique while exploring the incredible, original and advanced repertoire of Joseph Pilates. Discover this entirely new level of advanced movements in a challenging yet supportive, and fun environment.
Under the expert guidance of our fully trained advanced reformer teacher, Marina, you’ll break down and start mastering selected advanced exercises, through group instruction and smaller pairings, allowing for focused practice and deeper understanding.
